Have I bit off more than I can chew? We will see!

The past two days have been good examples on how difficult this is going to be to pull off a full Ironman year. I promise to not use this forum as a daily bitch session! Today I had a bit of mini-panic session trying to fit all that life is bringing me with this training, markets and a teething never sleeping child. Below, is a brief outline of the past two days as well as what’s in store for this weekend. I'm starting to see that If my plan detours even 15 minutes, major chain reaction down-stream.

Thursday, up a 5AM, Lift weights for 1.5 hours.
Thursday, 8AM-5PM Work, markets and office is out straight
Thursday, Home at 5:30PM, Mary rushing around to put dinner on, baths for the kids, kids up until 7PM after books, etc. Mary head’s out to drop kids at different activities.
Thursday, 7:00PM Ride Bike trainer in Basement for 1.5 Hours at full intensity.
Thursday, 9PM. watch the debate, able to exchange 10 words with Mary
Thursday, 10PM Rush to Sleep.
Thursday Night, Baby Mark up all night teething. Almost no sleep
Friday, 5:00AM. Time trial testing in pool with all-out effort. 1 Hour
Friday, 7:00AM, wake kids, feed and drive to school.
Friday, 8:30AM. Level one run, 8 Miles. 1.2 hours
EAT, and more Eating.
Friday, 9:45AM Call into office
Friday, 10:00 Meeting in Boston
Friday, 10:45 Sports massage.
Friday, 1:30 Meeting in Wakefield
Friday, 5:00PM, Swim lessons and swim training in Boston 2 hours.
Saturday, 4AM, 3.5 hour bike ride, Bella’s B-day, then a 1.5 hour run
Sunday, 4AM, 1.5 hour recovery bike ride, Yard sale, 1.5 hour high intensity run.
With all of this, it’s incredibly difficult, but I have to fit in eating every two hours to keep my glycemic index level and high to avoid injury.

Mary has been pushing my butt out of bed often this week. We both are tired as we try and get ready for our trip to Italy and Mark being up all night almost the whole week. Every moment I’m out on the street training I thank Mary for all that she does to help me pull this feat off!! She is an amazing Gal!!
