2010 Season Planning

Quickly, can’t believe that I have to consider this now with so much of 2009 left! The team had such a great year, we all had to commit to a racing schedule so that the proper attention to increased performance and quality is met. The goal is to push forward. Jesse from Qt2systems.com thinks I can race 10:15 or better to get me into the thick of things. My “A” qualifier race will be Ironman Utah on May 1, 2010. Please think about coming to Utah to be a part this event. My histogram factors in nine more months of higher level training working around my new schedule and childcare issues. The early morning workouts and lumping stuff late at night or early in the morning will continue. I’m confident that this will be much easier this go-round because I have a great feel for what it takes to pull it off and leveraging off a great base of fitness and technique. My goal is to dedicate each race and give away my medal to a cancer survivor/someone impacted by cancer. Please feel free to send along any suggestions or ideas.
Here is what we have/loose goals being defined:

Pumpkinman, 70.3 9/12/2009, ME 4:40

My hope is to get there by 2010 too! Hope to see you there. haha!
I haven't done Pumpkin, which is a crime since it's in my home state, but I hear the run is short a couple tenths. They may have changed it, but if not, I would think it's good for a great PR! Good luck with all of your racing.
