Had a really nice weekend with the kids. Completed all of my training this weekend (7 Hours of bike and run)
Below is one source of motivation I read every morning. It's laminated and carried everywhere by me and at times has been posted in the shower when I need an extra dose of motivation. Some friends asked me for a copy and I thought I'd post them.
